Sri Krsna only accept service from His devotee. By devotee we mean pure devotee. If one is not a pure devotee of the Lord, the Lord does not accept your service. There the service they are doing will not give spiritual benefit unless they are done under the guidance of pure devotee, then it will bear fruit. This Guru must be living Guru. If anyone under the shelter of a realized Guru, he can make spiritual progress otherwise it is not possible. These people who don’t chant Harinam simply means that they have no sincere attraction for the holy name because they lack purity.
