If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order such as astrological chart and other charts. We will refund if you are not satisfied with the chart and assure you that the money back guarantee on astrology chart. We will refund the money in 30 days. However, in order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email: [email protected]
In the case of goods, no returns accepted if the goods are damaged or wrong goods have been dispatched. The full refund will be given and return transport will be our responsibility. Goods to customers outside India will be sent photo of goods before dispatch. Once we receive confirmation from customers, we will dispatch goods. Delay of shipment due to strikes etc. will be responsibility of buyer.
